Abu Dhabi Police Chief Reviews Leadership Development System at Saif Bin Zayed Academy

His Excellency Major General Ahmed Saif bin Zaitoon Al Muhairi, Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, during his visit to the Saif bin Zayed Academy for Police and Security Sciences, reviewed the leadership development system and the training and specialised programmes implemented by the Academy, and its role in preparing and qualifying police talent and developing their capabilities and skills in line with the requirements of future security work.

His Excellency listened to a briefing on the leadership development system and its training tracks, including the specialised programmes and courses that contribute to developing leadership and professional skills, enhancing the readiness of personnel and enabling them to perform their duties efficiently and professionally, in accordance with best practices and modern methodologies in police and security training.

He also reviewed a number of training courses and programmes implemented by the Academy, and the mechanisms for employing modern technologies and advanced training tools in building capabilities and honing skills, contributing to improved performance and higher levels of readiness.

His Excellency stressed the importance of continuing to develop the police training and qualification system and investing in human capital as a fundamental pillar for sustaining institutional excellence, commending the efforts of the Saif bin Zayed Academy for Police and Security Sciences in preparing qualified police talent and leaders capable of keeping pace with future changes and advancing the journey of development and leadership in Abu Dhabi Police.
