Inspector General of the Ministry of Interior: UN Conference on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Affirms World Trust in the UAE
His Excellency Major General Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Inspector General of the Ministry of Interior, affirmed that the Fifteenth United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice – Abu Dhabi 2026, hosted by the UAE at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi until 1 October, is one of the largest and most important international gatherings for cooperation in combating crime and achieving justice.
In a statement to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), Al Raisi said that the strong international attendance of ministers and participating countries affirms the world’s confidence in the UAE and strengthens international coordination and cooperation in combating and reducing crime, particularly modern crimes linked to fraud and cybercrime.
He added that the UAE always seeks cooperation, coordination, information sharing and the exchange of distinguished experiences, as these are among the most important elements of success in international cooperation, expressing his confidence that the congress will deliver distinguished results that achieve its objectives.
