"Sharjah Judicial Sciences" Organizes Judges Orientation Program
His Excellency Counsellor Dr. Mansour bin Nassar, Deputy Chairman of the Judicial Council and Chairman of the Legal Department of the Emirate of Sharjah, has affirmed the importance of preparing seconded judges to work in the Emirate's courts and equipping them to assume their judicial duties, in a manner that provides the appropriate professional environment for performing those duties with efficiency and independence and contributes to the delivery of prompt justice.
 

This came during the proceedings of the judicial induction programme for seconded judges, organised by the Sharjah Institute for Judicial Sciences, in the presence of His Excellency Justice Dr. Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Sharjah Judicial Department; His Excellency Sheikh Faisal bin Ali Al Mualla, Secretary-General of the Judicial Council; and Justice Dr. Mohammed Al Dhanhani, President of Al Dhaid Court and Director of the Institutional Development Department.

Justice Dr. Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi affirmed the importance of familiarising the seconded judges with the systems and procedures adopted in the Emirate, in a manner that enhances their readiness to carry out their duties efficiently, welcoming them to work in the courts of Sharjah.

The programme aims to acquaint the judges with the judicial and administrative framework in the Emirate, the approved electronic systems and applications, and the working mechanisms in place, through a series of sessions and introductory meetings, thereby contributing to enhancing the quality and efficiency of judicial performance and enabling them to carry out their duties in accordance with the approved systems and procedures and with best judicial practices.
